Maritime Chart Service (MCS)

The following enhancements were made to Maritime Chart Service (MCS):

• OpenSSL, Lua, zlib, and SQLite3 are updated to minimum supported versions.
• The World Magnetic Model for 2025 updated in the WWM.COF.
• The S-62 agency list is updated through October 11, 2024.
• CATZOC color fills are updated to S-4 rgb values.
• The mcstpk.exe command line workflow is enhanced to include creating a project and replacing an existing project.
• Lua text instruction separateText is a Boolean value. When separateText is set to true, text will be ungrouped if more than one text instruction is assigned to an object.
• Custom symbology is enhanced with dynamic text placement. Text will rotate around the feature to find a nonconflicting location.
• xoffset and yoffset Lua text instructions accept floating point values to allow fractional units of font size.
